I hired Honest Install to put in a Sanus TV mount. I set an appointment with them during the weekend and they said they would confirm the appointment via email for the following week. I hadn't heard from them by the day of the appointment so I had to reach out to them to make sure they were still coming- which they did. I also asked for a quote for some additional work that I wanted done, and I didn't receive that either. They were also missing some of the component parts on their truck. These things could have been done better. The actual service once they arrived was good. The installation they did has worked fine and I have had no problems. The followup and customer service were a little lacking, but the work was good.
