I was very happy with Honest Install. I called them to hook up my mother's TV and sound system, and to show us how to use it. She is elderly and not very tech savvy, so I wanted to be around to tell the technician what we needed. I was only in town for one day, and they were able to make it out for an evening appointment.

The tech that came out was very thorough and patient. After hooking everything up and making sure it was working correctly, he took extra time to explain the controls to my mother. He was very personable throughout the whole process. My experience with Honest Install was fantastic.
