Honest Install came highly recommended to me and they were very professional from start to finish. When I called them just asking for information about receivers, Thomas was very personable and helpful. He was very polite and got me a lot of information, despite not knowing whether or not I was going to hire them. He didn't try to take advantage of my lack of technology knowledge by trying to sell me the most expensive options they had, but rather showed me just what I needed.

When the installer came out, he set up everything very efficiently and made sure everything was working well. He did a great job of answering all of my questions and I got the sense that he had a lot of expertise. Thomas made sure he was on time and really checked in that everything was going well. I was impressed by the service I received and would definitely recommend them.
