I contacted Chris in the morning and he came to my house that afternoon for a free consultation. He was friendly helpful and gave us several options on our install. His installers came in less than a week, they were polite, did a very neat job, took their time explaining everything to us. Later that afternoon I had a question about my surround sound and Chris came by my house on his way home from work to make sure I understood everything.
