I heard about Honest Install from a friend and this was my first time using them. I bought a new home and was putting together a theater room upstairs. I bought the sound system from Honest Install and got the projector from another provider--Honest Install installed both. The installers, Dave and Drew, were absolutely professional and let me know what they were doing. They kept me informed every step of the way. Any questions I asked, they answered.

We realized the projector I bought was a bad one. It was a situation where I had to get a new projector from the other provider and the installers there had to wait for me to get it. Dave and Drew called the office to let them know. They told me that normally, they would charge an hourly rate to wait but they didn't do that in this case because of what I was going through and they knew it was important to get the projector in before the Super Bowl started. So the installers waited on me to get the new projector and didn't charge me for the extra hour. They were truly a godsend and I can't praise them enough. It was absolutely a wonderful experience!
