We had a fairly complicated install and didn’t know if it was even possible. We wanted a 60” 4k TV installed on our brick fireplace with the components on a far wall with a vaulted ceiling and no attic above that wall. Our sales tech, John, came out for a consult and assured us it was possible and we bought the TV, receiver and additional speakers from HI and scheduled our install.
Mike and Chris, our install team, were on time and covered our floors with blankets before they even brought in their equipment. They were professional, knowledgeable and worked very hard to accomplish our goals. They cleaned and vacuumed every place they had worked.
We are extremely pleased with our equipment and installation. We appreciate their friendly attitude and patience in educating us on running our system. You can tell that Mike and Chris both enjoy their jobs and it’s a great reflection on Honest Install.
We definitely will use Honest Install on any future project.
