Honest Install's workers were good. They showed up on time and were polite but the scope of the job left a lot to be desired. I had hired them to install the wiring through the fireplace to have our television and components in the cabinetry. They did work hard to get the wiring part done and they did show up on time and were polite. However, upon completing that portion of the work when they got everything set up the components kept on burning up. They came back two or three times and kept replacing a component saying it was burnt out. So they were taking this part back to the company and having the company replace it. One of Chris's workers said that it was not the component it was the fact that there was not enough ventilation to keep everything cooled. Unfortunately that worker is no longer there. After some time Honest Install pretty much washed their hands of this and left me with nothing working. I had to hire another company who came out and said the same thing that the technician told Chris (that there wasn't enough ventilation). They were able to put in a simple fan and it fixed everything. If Chris would listen to what some of his techs offer as solutions (or hire techs that have the knowledge they should for the scope of a project like this) these problems could have been avoided. This work was done a while ago and although based on the questions we just went over I do say they were on time and polite, I just wish they had more knowledgeable technicians who could finish a job properly and when the techs do offer possible solutions that Chris would be willing to listen to them. I was very disappointed with Honest Install that they left me with an unfinished and not-working system.
