I had a positive encounter with Honest Install but they were not actually able to resolve the problem we called about because they weren't equipped to service that particular brand. I talked to them about it and they were good in how they responded, but in the end they couldn't help. On the products they service, I'm sure they do very well. Unfortunately, we just had a brand they couldn't service.
