Installation went well over all, but Honest Install had to come back out twice to fix small issues that could have be avoided upfront with a focus on the details of the TV specs and components. It was difficult to schedule these follow ups as HI took a long time to reply. I did not like how they just did the TV mount calculations in their head, considering it was being drilled into a custom cabinet. The TV mount was slightly off, but could be corrected on the TV mount adjustments. Did not set up TV correctly as far as HDMI inputs and FireTV, Chromecast Ultra, which once corrected, also caused issues with the Harmony remote programming. In the end, the installation was achieved to spec, but there was a lot of wasted time and 2 extra visits. Service team needs a quality control worksheet for TV mount installation calculations, as well as a checklist on the technical aspects of the TV configuration and related inputs. I've used HI for years and would use them again, and hope that they continue to improve their quality control methods.
