I think they did a great job. I hired them to install a switch in my cable outlets, and everything is running smoothly so far. I haven't experienced any issues. The technician definitely arrived either early or on time to the first appointment, but he ran about a half hour late to the follow-up appointment. That said, the technician was kind, friendly, and he seemed to know what he was doing. Overall, I'm happy with their service.
