Very disappointing

these people charge you heavily and don't do the job properly..they just come tell you something is wrong with audio or video in 5 mins they change with with huge bill. they never come on time and job was not neatly done. money minded people work here especially John. look for other companies, I and my friend who I referred had very bad experience. I wouldn't even give a start for these guys

BACKGROUND

We have performed work for the client dating back to 2012. We've not had any issues until recently when his stereo receiver went bad and needed repair form the manufacturer. Client had us go out and diagnosis the bad unit and remove it so he could ship back to the repair center. When the client received the repaired unit back he called us to come back out to re-install. Client was not happy when we quoted our standard rate to for re-installation and felt a new and separate visit should be free.

AFTER INSTALLATION

After speaking with our sales manager on several occasions and many emails later it was decided to offer the client complimentary visit due to the circumstances. Two dates were offered: one was a totally FREE and the other (a rapid response date) was offered with a small trip free to cover moving other appointments and travel time. Both offers we rejected by the client and we could not immediately satisfy his request.

IN SUMMARY

Whenever we fall short of great experience with a customer the entire company knows about it and we all take it very personally. However with every opportunity there is always learning experience. If Mr. Lingareddy has not successfully found a way to install his new stereo our offer still applies to come out at NO CHARGE, on a mutually agreed upon date. Either way hope the client enjoys his surround sound system for many years to come.
