My total experience with Honest Install was great. Their service was great, but I just didn't like that I paid for the service of them moving the TVs from one apartment to another without completely covering them up. They just wrapped them in a blanket, and the corner was hanging out, and I was very worried about my 55" LED Samsung TV. The guys were great, and everything was nice.

They did a great job with the installation, even though it's a little crooked. They did spend some time here, that's for sure, but for an hour rate, I guess 3 hours was okay. Everything else was great, I just wished they had packing material, like movers do, for moving the TVs. If they say they providing moving for electronics, they should invest in something to help them out with that.

So again, Honest Install was great, other than the moving part, which made me nervous. The installation was professional, and the guy went over how to use it, what buttons to press, and how to change the features. It was really cool, and he was excellent!
