I had a 55" TV to re-mount above the fireplace (low profile) and needed it connected to existing wiring and universal remote synced with existing components. These guys took their time, asked questions, worked through issues, and got the job done as requested. They were courteous, timely, efficient, and a shining example of what "service" is supposed to be about. I had a small job with some unique issues and they stepped in to assist me....no cross selling....just an estimate to do what I asked for and needed. I tried calling several other "larger" stores for assistance and had ZERO calls returned and pretty much no one cared to assist with such a "small" job.
