The Honest Install staff were just overall professional. They were supposed to install an audio system for our dental clinic, but our construction hadn't finished in time. But there was no trouble rescheduling. They came in on time and just got it all done. I didn't even have to tell them much or give them direction. They worked it out themselves. I would definitely recommend them.
