Horrible customer service. Woman I spoke to at the office is so rude. The first set of movers (yes, there were two sets because the first guys couldn’t finish the job), complained from the moment they stepped foot inside, they spent a lot of time on the phone instead of working, and we’re blasting music throughout my neighborhood. I moved a small 1500 sq ft home 10 mins down the road and it took 8 HOURS!!!! I’ve made a very similar move in under 3, so this was unacceptable. I called to let PV movers know that we were having a bad experience and the woman I talked to was just horrible. SO rude!!! Do NOT talk to your customers this way ever!!! The man we spoke with ended up “resolving” the issue by taking 2 hours off, but was very unapologetic about what we went through. It was such a terrible experience overall and 2 hours is not a resolution in my mind. If you are reading this review, nothing has been done on their end to further resolve and no one has reached back out to apologize for this awful experience or the way I was spoken to by the woman at the office. DO NOT hire PV movers. This was such a bad experience.
