I recently called Doddrill about a heating problem after waiting a week for another company not to show, my call was taken by a pleasant woman named Jessica who had a technician at my home within two hours. Cody was the technician he was friendly and nice and respectful of my home, he quickly diagnosed the problem explained it to us and the associated costs, also informed us of a club we could join on a yearly basis. Although we had a misunderstanding on the length of time to receive our part, its my opinion they acted as quickly as possible and wasted no time in returning to install the part, again Cody was our technician and soon had our heat on again. I was pleased with both their knowledge and personality.
