Duct Cleaning
I was initially very impressed with the gentleman who came and went over what the services covered and cost. I signed a contract, paid the deposit, and set the date. The week of the scheduled service they called to say the machine had broke and were not able to come that week. I understood and scheduled again for 2 weeks later. I took off work and when no-one arrived after 45 minutes I called. They said they were booked and could not possibly come to do it today. I asked to talk to the manager since my downpayment check was already cashed and I wanted a refund. They also told me I didn't appear anywhere on the schedule even though it was Dylan the owner/manager that I talked to when I had to set the rescheduled date and they called me after that to see if I wanted to move the date up when they had a cancellation Dylan then said the issue is duck cleaning is on the bottom of the list and if they need to fix air conditioners that comes first. That would have been good to know before I stayed home and waited. No call no notification I hope they send me the refund check.
