Had unit serviced, for first time using Dodrill Comfort. Technician was timely and got immediately to work. Needed 2 parts replaced due to wear, tech showed parts and explained need to replace. He additionally went what I considered over and above by researching with manufacturer if unit was covered by warranty, saved on parts.. much appreciated.
