Technician's ( Dennis Adkins) thoroughness was commendable, and I appreciate his perseverance to the job of cleaning my 3 Mitsubishi Slim units. It took more time, I think, than either of us imagined; however, because I have asthma, I was sincerely grateful that he made the effort to do the job correctly, and do hope that the clean units have a beneficial effect on my breathing difficulties.
