Well my 25 yr air conditioner gave up. Instead of being hot and upset I called Dodrill heating and air.

I was immediately put at ease. I was sent a repair person the next day. A time was set. A phone call and text was sent along with photo of tech.

The Tech called stating he will be late due to a traffic problem. Assuring me he will arrive. He checked system and found the problem. Due to age of system I chose for a upgrade.

He made a phone call and i scheduled a meeting date. John the (doctor) of systems called again stated he will be late due to traffic.
Question for those reading this. How many times have you set waiting on a service call?

This makes waiting so much better for a service person, well done Dennis (owner) of business.

John came to home took care of determining what I needed. We completed all paper work. Cost was decided along with any brand you want with recommendations. Financing set, another phone call. Unit will be install this Friday. Now my problem started on JUNE 10 2018. From that date to this date June 13 I have made one phone call for a problem. On the 15 th of June 2018 I will have a brand new heating and air conditioner,

My next Question for the reader of my review. How many times you need help or repair work. Have ever got a timely response and a complete and satisfaction to your needs or problem in a timely matter. That puts you at ease taking away worries of waiting for something to be fixed.
