We needed emergency service on the weekend, and the service technician made an extra effort to come to your house because our child has cystic fibrosis. He is also autistic, and would not do well in a hotel room. And he requires heat obviously to keep from getting pneumonia's.
the tech was efficient, knowledgeable, and very polite with our autistic boy... who can be quite annoying at times. Even stopped to pet our puppy. Really nice guy. Typical of the service we get from Dodrill heating and cooling
