from the salesman to the installers, and the rep on the phone, all were great to work with
the salesman arrived as scheduled and stayed and did everything the phone rep said he would. he was polite and informative. the installers arrived as scheduled and stayed no longer than the salesman said they would. overall, great experience with dodrill. AND my new A/C is working better than they said it would!
