1st, Jonathon our representative was very good and is why I give overall service 3 stars. However, the paint job had to be fixed after initial service and after the job was complete the carpet had paint stains. The painters tried to get it out themselves leaving 3 very large dark stains on our light colored wool berber carpet. PK had a professional company come out to spot clean but unsuccessful. After discussing with PK manager (Mike) was told it was because our carpet was not new and the carpet in the entire house was worth less than $200. I felt almost bullied in having to accept this offer of compensation and left feeling it was almost my fault the way it was handled. We chose PK due to being the #1 painting service in Tucson, but would never use again or recommend due to being left with a paint job that took almost 2 weeks to complete, driving multiple times to this house (a rental we are now trying to sell) that is almost 30 minutes away with 2 infants, and a lot of added stress in that this may very well affect the selling of the house being the stains are directly in the middle of the main living area/great room and hallway. Overall, meeting a little more in the middle for PK mistake was expected given the large dark permanent stains that now exist. We left this contract paying our part on time and in full but feel very unsatisfied and disappointed in the end.
