Good price but you get what you pay for. House looks good today but I don't expect it to last. Minimal paint used, not necessarily applied according to bid. There would have been no scraping of loose paint or caulking without my inspection and request. To be fair the painters were very response to my requests when I inspected their work. I just shouldn't of had to ask. They missed some spots on/around some bushes which I will take care of myself.
