Buyer beware!! Absolutely the worst experience ever! My husband and I ordered a 572 back in December 2018. My husband placed the order with Glen he gave a great song and dance about how fast their turnaround is and we should have the motor in March. We should have known something was off when we couldn’t even get a build sheet. March comes and goes still no motor Glen insists is almost done and gonna ship next week! (We heard that for about a month) after going round and round with Glen and no progress Casey takes over once again insisting everything is going smoothly and we will have our motor soon! Lies! We were now being given every excuse in the book from the heads were on back order, to so and so is out sick and we’re slammed and short staffed. We are now speaking directly to the owner Paul who tells us that everything Glen and Casey has told us we’re lies! We were even sent pictures of a block that wasn’t ours! Finally sick of their lies, run around and being shuffled from person to person in July we cancel the order and ask for our $4,000 back. Well it’s now almost October 2019 and nothing!!! Paul refuses to return my husbands calls and the last time they spoke he said Im really sorry I’m just cash poor at the moment can you give me some more time? It’s been months they stole $4,000 from us. You’re better off burning whatever money you planned on spending here. They are thieves, liars, and scammers! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!
