Machine work seems good but they could do better with "attention to detail" . They at first had the wrong pistons in it when I picked up my motor and finally they fixed that. Keep in mind I was quoted 6 weeks turn around time and it took literally 6.5 months. (Not exaggerating). Then low and behold I get home with the wrong timing chain. Then they said they couldn't ship the correct one to me without the old one exchanged. Cmon guys I spent 5 grand and I'm almost 2 hours away...... and finally so I won't be complaining too much, they advised me to stay a 2 bolt main motor with studs instead of converting to 4 bolt main and I'll be hitting 700+ horses....my bet is that won't work.we'll see. If it does or not. Maybe they don't know how to convert to 4 bolt main? Oh and don't listen to them on compression ratios . They told me my car at 9 to 1 running 8 psi would be 18 to 1 compression and pump gas could never work???? Sorry but that's crazy. At 9 to 1 my particular car lt1 should be safe to at least 15psi possibly more. Overall like I said the machinist seemed to do quality work but after they messed up a couple times I can't say the attention to detail is good.

Would I recommend? Yea maybe if you can wait .
Will I return? Probably not even though I just got a new motor to build.
Should you go? Yea why not maybe your experience will be better!

Oh yea forgot to mention they temporarily couldn't locate my cam. And then tried to sell me another cam which happened to be mine!
