As a My Plummer member, I had the pleasure of having Jose Aguirre and Falcon come to my residence on Monday, September 11, to clean my air ducts. There were both not only professional but very pleasant as well. Fallon let me know that some of the paint may be removed when the air duct had to be cleaned. I also noticed that when my air ducts were cleaned five years ago the air duct filters were not removed. I mentioned this to Fallon, and he commended, that if they were not removed the dirt that had accumulated would not be able to be removed. As young men, both of them deserve to received some type of reward for the exceptional on the job work. When it comes time to having my air ducts cleaned, I will ask that the work be performed by Jose and Fallon.
