Oscar performed good work. Entity was responsive in setting appt and keeping it. The fine is high-priced and I would not use again. I approved the work under the duress of having taken time off and not desiring making another appointment with another plumber and taking more time off. Valve stems were replaced on relatively old fixtures, classified as a "major rebuild". I asked to be refunded money for this robbery after all sunk in and the receipt of a detailed invoice of work versus the poorly written invoice by the service rep. There are too many plumbers that are much more reasonable and perform good work. The trick is to locate one.
