Home Pride Rug Cleaning

Great customer service, but pricey and not an effective process.

Home Pride Rug Cleaning is great at dealing with customers. However, they're very expensive, and while the rugs come back looking clean, in a very short period of time they seem to gather dirt, which I have not experienced with other services. One of the rugs came back not clean, and they took it back and did it again, and were very efficient. Overall, their customer service was great, but the product wasn't that great.

I would first like to thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately, due to certain fiber types or construction of a rug, scratches to the material can be mistaken for spots or not being clean.
