Cover-Rite Carpets have courteous, clean staff. They were careful about not damaging my property and staircases while they did their work. They had on time scheduling, showed up when they were supposed to. Their communication about the process was very good as well. This wasn't my first time using Cover-Rite Carpets, I came back to them recently because of previous good experiences. I would tell a potential customer of theirs that I would recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs. My experience was good enough to recommend them to others.
