Cover-Rite Carpets came out to my home for the first time. It was not a good experience. I had nothing but problems with them. The rugs actually looked a lot worse than before they cleaned them. I called the company immediately and requested that they send someone out to do it over. They said they would send someone out to re-check it and that is the last I heard from them. No one ever came out and no one called me from the company to say anything further. I doubt I would refer them and I certainly will not be using them ever again.
