Cover-Rite Carpets is a business I would never ever refer anyone to. They came out to clean my carpets in the bedroom, living room and hallway. The bedroom and living room came out alright. But the hallway, it looked terrible! I called the company several times just to try and get the technician to come back out and do it over. Finally, they sent the same guy out. Same results! We got tar on the carpet. I had to call them two or three times again to have the guy come to clean it again. I actually had to go into the office myself just to show the manager a picture of the spots on the hallway rug. I had to hire a different company to come out and clean it again. I should not have to do that. It was an off-white carpet in the hallway and Cover-Rite Carpets could have done a much better job.
