We just worked with Cover-Rite Carpets a few weeks back and we were overall pleased with the service that they provided us. They were very nice and they really were able to explain everything in terms that we could understand. We had never hired anyone to do this before so we really didn't know what to expect but we didn't have any complaints. They got a lot of the dirt out of the carpet and they really made a difference. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
