Cover-Rite Carpets came to clean and, as the guy they sent was cleaning the carpets, my husband noticed the nozzle that went to the machine was spraying liquid all over the furniture. I have leather couches that were wet, and the coffee table in front of the couches was totally wet--and a picture of my grandson was totally soaked by the solution that was spraying all over. My husband told the guy because the guy hadn't noticed any spraying before that.

So when it came time to pay, my husband told him that he wasn't going to pay him the full amount, and the guy left. It was $130 and we gave him $100--and that was the best solution. Chris called back and said he wasn't going to complain. I'm glad the solution didn't ruin the couches, but my husband had to clean everything up, and he shouldn't have had to do that. The guy who cleaned the carpets worked his $@!#% off because they were clean as I'd ever had them. I was very happy with the carpets being cleaned because he did a good job. It was the failure of the equipment, not the cleaner. It shouldn't have happened, but it wasn't his fault.
