Cover-Rite Carpets have cleaned my carpets for me in the past and I was not pleased with the results. I called them again and requested the same person come out and clean the carpets again which just happens to be the owners son. They accommodated my request even though he does not clean carpets any longer. The carpets turned out great and I am happy that he did the job great the 2nd time around! Good Job and I am very pleased!
