I used the staff from Cover-Rite Carpets to help do a carpet cleaning job for me. I needed help because I had a stain that I had to get out, so I decided to go with them. The staff was friendly and very professional. So I appreciate them coming out to help, but they told me that they would not be able to get the stain out, and it didn't. So I'm not sure if I would use them again for that reason. But the pricing was still okay for the service and I appreciate them trying their best to resolve the issue.
