I'm very happy with their service. I have been going to Cover-Rite for about forty years, even when they were in another location. I've purchased carpeting through them, had the installation work done, and I've had them clean my carpeting for the past three years. When I was looking to get my carpeting cleaned a few years ago, I checked the prices at Stanley Steamer, but I chose Cover-Rite because they offered me a discount for the service I needed. Chris, the technician who was on-site to clean the carpets during that first occasion, did an excellent job. I just had the carpeting cleaned about a month ago, but some coffee was spilled on the carpet a couple of weeks ago. Their technicians were able to come right back out again and remove the stain completely. They are a reliable company with hardworking staff members, and I think they do a really good job overall.
