I had Arrow Glass install a glass shower and mirrors. The work they did was fine, but they could've did more.
On the glass enclosure on the shower, when I ordered the products, I asked about towel racks. Once the glass is done, you can't install the towel racks, and I was upset that I didn't get what I wanted, and I didn't get any recourse.This was also my first time using them. When I had a conversation with them about it, they just shrugged their shoulders and made it seem like the fault was on me. When they are going through the process of installing and explaining, I feel like they need to make sure they go over all the options a customer has.
