I recently used Arrow Glass and Mirror for the first time to do an installation for a glass shower enclosure. I would say that the staff was fairly knowledgeable. I also didn't have any issues scheduling the work with them and I think that they were pretty professional overall.

An issue I had with the job was that at the beginning of the service, the company offered me two options about how to proceed with the work. When they came back, they had already decided on one of the options without consulting with me first. Luckily, it was the option that I would have chosen anyway, but it would have been nice if they had asked.
