I scheduled an appointment with Kramer & Company Mechanical to come out and fix a running toilet. As a matter of fact the last two visits I have had them repair running toilets. Two different toilets with the same problem. There were able to come out the same day I called them and were able to fix the running toilets the same day as well. The plumber was nice and friendly and professional. Both toilets are working great!

The only complaint that I would have is that their labor rates are at $100 per hour. I would check those rates before I used them again. My recommendation and total experience are both rated as a result of the high labor cost. I intend on checking to see what the labor cost are in my area to see if it is comparable to what others charge and I would recommend that a potential customer do the same. The work is good and they are on time I just don't know if I couldn't find someone else for a lower labor cost.
