The number one good thing about Ed's Auto Svc is that they always remember me whenever I call them. That makes me feel special! I was referred to them by a friend with the same type of car as me. Whenever I make an appointment they get me right in without hesitation.
One time I called them on a Monday and made an appointment for the following Wednesday. But my car was really acting up and I wanted to bring it in sooner for safety reasons. I called them and they were able to take it in sooner than Wednesday!
They really make me feel comfortable. They are reliable and they keep me updated with all the work they do. They also give me tips on how to keep my car in better shape. That shows me that they don't work only for money. They care about their customers and I am happy with them.
