Excellent work, but sometimes it takes an excessive amount of time.

Ed's Auto does excellent work. It's just that sometimes timeframe wise we need our vehicles back very quickly, and sometimes that's can't be done. Sometimes it's an excessive amount of time just being there.

I will agree that sometimes his vehicles take more time to accomplish repairs. However, in our defense, these vehicles are overseen by a Fleet management service so all repairs MUST be authorized by them and this action takes much more time as the parts or repairs CANNOT be be ordered or completed until this authorization process completes. We ALWAYS try to get our fleet vehicles out the door as quickly as possible.
