Bill at Ed's Auto has always been honest and up front with me. He will not try to perform a service you don't need. This time was no exception. I brought my wife's car in for to have a few things looked at. Bill discovered that the front subframe supports for the for the engine were completely rusted away and the car was unsafe to drive at any speed. He told us the car was not worth trying to fix. He could have just repaired what we had asked him to look out and never said anything about what he discovered. His integrity may have saved both my life and my wife's as well. We had no idea that the car was dangerous to drive. This is a shop I trust. My wife had taken the car to the dealer to have the same things looked at and they gave her a price of more than $3000.00. I said that is too much. I want Bill to look at it. The dealer looked at the same things as Bill, but never discovered the serious safety issue or if they did they never said anything. Bill wouldn't even take any money for looking at the car!
