Over the years, I've owned a a Chevy Blazer, a Honda CRV, a Kia Serrento, and currently a Ford Escape. Each of these Bill has maintained at Ed's Auto Svc.

Bill is always a straight shooter without the the bs. When I take my car in for something, he fixes what he says he'll fix. And if something else comes up, he's good about letting me know how urgent it is so I can make my decisions.

I've also been extremely pleased with his work. Only a few occasions, I've had to take a car back a couple days after service. Each time, he's taken a look at the problem area with me and told me what was going on. I've never had an issue with bad repair service. If a part turns out to be faulty he replaces it, no charge.

Lastly, Jim is polite and respectful. He's a gem!
