Ken, my service tech, was very nice and did a good diagnosis of the situation...presented me with several options and I chose to do the repairs now instead of waiting for the inevitable Christmas Eve or New Years Eve failure (why do catastrophes always happen on holidays?)...am waiting for the installation estimate.
