They were very, very good. We were in an emergency. We got into Reno with our transmission spilling oil. We were on our way to Tuscon for Thanksgiving. We went in and they went to work on it immediately. They did it the next day. The service manager traveled to pick up the transmission personally, and then they had a problem with the exhaust when they were putting the transmission back. The service manager hunted around Reno looking for the right donut gasket for the exhaust system. He was very good and very personable. The mechanic was excellent. I couldn't have had a better experience with them.
