I really appreciated the approach from Gene's Painting, and his due diligence in looking, scoping the job, following up, and doing things asked of him. He painted just the exterior of a single unit condo from 1928 that was built out of the original redwood. Besides the painting, he did wood repair to fix the steps. They came in and painted the house, steps, chimney and concrete sidewalk--bringing out the red and green. So the house looked really good when it was completely painted.

It was my first time using them, and it went well. My tenant was really happy and said they did a good job. I went there and they had cleaned up, and were very mindful about painting everywhere that was available to be painted. I appreciate the detail of their work, and getting to and painting the foundation to the best of their ability.
