Rudy your technician arrived on time and introduced himself. He then proceeded to ask if I would show him the area's to be serviced. He explained the step by step process he would be going through to do the job. During this process he kept me informed and asked if there any question. He also showed me the before and after pictures of work being done. He conducted himself in a professional the whole time. A professional job very well done.
