We moved into a 34-year-old house and I don't think the ducts had EVER been cleaned. Our general contractor recommended Ductworks so we scheduled a cleaning. Lucas and Jon arrived on time and were VERY professional and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned every duct and register, plus checked the furnace filters. We could hear their cleaning machine scraping out the gunk inside of the ducts--that sound let us know that everything was being thoroughly scoured! (There was so much crud in our ducts that they filled their HUGE vacuum canister and had to empty it out before continuing with the job.) They also installed cutouts (and sealed them) into the main trunk lines so that they'd be ready to access for any cleaning in the future. The entire time, they protected the corners of our furniture and doorways by using plastic corner guards (so that their hoses wouldn't rub). We were amazed by the before-and-after photos and are really glad we had the ducts cleaned. Ductworks did an awesome job; we will definitely stick with them and recommend them to everyone.
