Byron was on time for our 8:30am appointment, which I really appreciated. He did an Excellent job explaining what he would be doing and how his equipment worked. He and I then went through the house making sure he knew where each and every vent and return was. I also explained that we had a 2-Zone 'damper' system, which I had shut off so that all the dampers would remain 'open' for the cleaning. Byron then proceeded with his work. He was very conscientious and meticulously cleaned every duct and return in every room (20 total). He then went into our basement and cleaned the Trunk lines for both the outgoing heat/cool air and the return. He was very courteous and polite, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions. When I need Ductworks services again, I will be requesting that Byron do the work. Thanks again for a job well done!!
